Secondary vocational education takes vocational skill-based talents as the training target and is an organic part of my country’s vocational education.With the continuous development of the times,the traditional talent training model centered on secondary vocational schools has been unable to meet the development requirements of secondary vocational education.Innovating the secondary vocational talent training model has become a key task at present,among which,enhance students’ sense of academic self-efficacy It is the core content of the innovative talent training model.Learning efficacy comes from Bandura’s sense of self-efficacy,which refers to students’ ability to form and implement the process of action to achieve the established learning goals.Before learning behavior,learning effectiveness is a kind of belief that students can produce results from learning behavior.The stronger the learning effectiveness,the higher the student’s learning investment.Based on this,the thesis takes the mechanical and electrical technology application major of a secondary vocational school as the research object,and discusses teaching strategies based on enhancing students’ academic self-efficacy.This paper is divided into six parts as a whole,the first part is the introduction.This paper analyzes the background of its research from the perspectives of the core literacy of the paper and the reform of the vocational curriculum system,introduces the main research goals and significance of this paper,summarizes the current status of research and development at home and abroad,and also presents the main research of this paper.Ideas and methods.The second chapter is mainly based on the definition of concepts and theoretical basis,introducing secondary vocational schools,mechanical and electrical technology application majors,academic self-efficacy,and other related theories.Self-efficacy theory,attribution theory,recent development area theory,cooperative learning theory The characteristics of several fields are used as the basis for the paper design.The third part is the actual performance survey of the academic self-efficacy of secondary vocational students.Taking 192 students as the survey object,the questionnaire is used to investigate the academic self-efficacy of theoretical knowledge and academic self-efficacy of practical skills.The results show that the students majoring in mechanical and electrical in secondary vocational technical schools are studying theoretical knowledge or practical skills.On the whole,their academic self-efficacy is generally low.The fourth part of the thesis is about the influence of teaching strategies on students’ academic self-efficacy.It summarizes the content of teaching strategies and the influence of teaching strategies on academic self-efficacy,and introduces the deficiencies of vocational school teaching in the context of students’ academic self-efficacy." The fifth part is to enhance the teaching strategies of students’ academic self-efficacy,expounding the mechanism of the teaching strategies of guiding attribution,participatory,cooperative interaction,and teaching in accordance with their aptitude on the generation of students’ sense of self-efficacy,and optimizes the guiding attribution,Participatory,cooperative and interactive teaching strategy system.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospects.It introduces the results,conclusions and deficiencies of the research,and prospects for the follow-up research.
