In the background of continuous progress of science and technology,multinational enterprises become the leader of the world economy,constantly showing its significant advantages.At present,in the continuous development of this group of enterprises,there are also more problems:the operation and management expenses of the group are constantly rising,the management obstruction of the enterprise is increasing,the risk is everywhere,and many bad management behaviors make the enterprise damaged.In order to improve the situation,the United States,Ford priority proposed a new management style,that is,a shared service model.By centralizing the decentralized financial business,it can improve the inefficient working state,control enterprise cost,enhance service level and promote the financial transformation of enterprises.Based on this,this new management form has realized the all-around utilization in the West and has received the multitudinous enterprise’s favor.At present,the global frontier management thinking has been introduced into China,and gradually applied in Chinese enterprises.However,from the objective point of view,the impact of traditional management thinking is still in-depth,financial sharing service model is not implemented overnight and it needs to be explored,discovered,and perfected.Therefore,it is meaningful to evaluate the effect of financial sharing service by scientific method and reasonable means considering the objective situation of our country and the enterprise itself.Document research method,case study method and qualitative and quantitative research method are adopted in the evaluation of H group financial sharing service effect.First of all,collect and sort out the related research literature at home and abroad,define the concept of financial sharing service,and take scale economy theory,process reengineering theory,flat management theory and balanced scorecard theory as the guidance,and lay the theoretical foundation for the following analysis.Secondly,it introduces the Financial Sharing Service of H group,summarizes the uniqueness of financial sharing service of H group by analyzing the current situation of financial sharing service of H group and explain the applicability of Delphi’s expert method,analytic hierarchy process and balanced scorecard method in evaluating the effect of Group Financial Sharing Service.Thirdly,on the basis of establishing evaluation objective and evaluation principle,an evaluation index system is constructed,and the evaluation result is analyzed quantitatively by combining Delphi’s expert inquiry and hierarchy model,thus lays the foundation for the countermeasure research.Finally,combining the present situation and the analysis result,this paper puts forward the optimization measures to promote the financial sharing service of H group.It can not only supplement the theory of domestic financial sharing service,but also evaluate the effect of financial sharing service of H group quantitatively and qualitatively,and by optimizing services and management to improve customer satisfaction,improve workflow and productivity,and enhance the use of big data and cloud computing in financial sharing services,construction of high-quality professional financial personnel team and other countermeasures to promote the better development of H group financial sharing service center. |
