Nowadays,with the rapid growth of economy and the expansion of city scale,the demand of passenger transport in China is increasing,which makes the mode of the original bus operation no longer applicable.The urban internal public transport system is developing rapidly,mainly reflected in the increase of the coverage of the bus network and the construction of metro.However,the reform of the fare system has not been put on the agenda,which makes some public transport enterprises in China fall into a state of loss.Government subsidies for public transport are increasing day by day,which makes the government’s huge investment in a dilemma.This paper mainly uses the theory of disaggregation model to analyze the impact of conventional bus fare based on the travel mode from the personal attributes,social attributes and travel preferences of travelers.The route of this paper is as follows:(1)The introduction of the basic theory of conventional bus fare.Through the introduction of the definition and composition of public transport system,as well as the elaboration of the theory of public transport system,this paper provides a theoretical basis for the scheme of fare reform proposed below.(2)The introduction of disaggregation model theory.According to the different stochastic utility functions,this paper makes a comparative analysis of Multinomial Logit Model and Nested Logit Model and determines their characteristics and the scope of the application scope,and determines the model types that should be adopted in this paper.(3)The method of the Stated Preference Survey is used to investigate traveler’s behavior and preference.First of all,the content are determining the design content of travel’s behavior and surveying implementation plan and designing a questionnaire.(4)The Logit Model is applied to study the travelers’ travel behavior.The content of research includes the following two parts: according to the survey results,setting the variables of the multiple logistic regression model and assigning values,determining the random utility function,and establishing the distribution model of the choice of residents’ travel mode are the first part;the second part is to optimize the existing scheme of bus fare and evaluate the optimization scheme considering the characteristics of travelers.(5)This paper summarizes the results of the research and shortcomings,combined with the calculation results of travel distribution rate and the analysis results of public of the mode of the transport travel,puts forward the optimization scheme for the system of bus fare in Lanzhou.The results show that the fare optimization scheme formulated according to the model results in this paper can ensure the bus ride rate and improve the income of enterprises.
