With the deepening of the reform of China’s economic system and the rapid development of social economy,the achievements of development and construction in various industries are endless,and the construction of public buildings is gradually developing,but at the present stage,the construction market has exposed the high leakage rate and the increasingly frequent problem of water leakage and repair,especially the roof part of the building,which has seriously affected the experience of the residents and the structural quality of the building,the quality management of such projects is also of great concern.Starting from the present situation of building leakage and the importance of waterproof reconstruction project,this paper focuses on the serious leakage of roofing at the present stage,and deeply analyzes the problems existing in the quality management of roofing waterproof reconstruction,the four-dimensional quality management solution of"design,material,construction and comprehensive management" is put forward,taking the whole process quality management of construction preparation,construction process and project completion as an example,carry out quality management improvement and control by integrating"human,machine,material,method and environment",put forward the feasible method of quality management and the solution with higher maneuverability.In view of the problem management in the process of roof waterproofing reconstruction,the PDCA circulation method is used to analyze the problem,and the corresponding solution is given.The emphasis is put on the Operability and replicability of the management tools in this kind of project and the similar project,it can provide the case support and experience sharing for improving the waterproof quality of the building roof,and reduce the leakage rate of the building roof,for people to create a livable,usable life and office environment.
