| There built more and more loft-layer buildings with basements in urban area for the reason of enlarging utilizing area and stabilizing foundation. The basement has a large number of advantages and disadvantages. It is the most important that the basement has the function of enlarging humans' living space. However, the basement also has the disadvantage of weak in waterproof, hard in natural lighting and difficult in ventilation. The waterproof quality directly determines the condition of the people, things and pipes etc in the basements.This thesis is the basic research on waterproof technology of urban buildings' basement. Through the investigation on the buildings with basement in Xi'an, Tsingtao, Binzhou and Dongying, the writer found the main problems in the basement waterproof that among the factors influencing the basement quality, the waterproof is not only the most important but also the most difficult to solve. The soleplate of the basement is the moat influential part among the total basement waterproof. For the soleplate should uphold the buoyancy of the underground water and more and more loft-layer buildings are utilizing picket groundwork, people nowadays usually adopt the toward side waterproof ways. In the traditional basement waterproof technology, the flexible waterproof sheet has the obvious disadvantage: (1)"One point leak, all leak," for there is leakage between the waterproof sheet and the concrete waterproof layer. (2)What is more, the endurance of the waterproof sheet can hardly match the concrete waterproof layer. (3)Once there is a leakage, it is very hard to check and mend for the waterproof sheet is in the obverse-water side. In order to solve these problems, the inverse side waterproof is provided so as to be good addition to the traditional building basement waterproof ways. The effect of a new technology needs to be proved by the actual engineering result and the evaluation system. So the writer analyzed and demonstrated this kind of new technology on the way of engineering economy and material in favor of the adoption of the new technology. |
