| With the continuous expansion of railway construction scale,the size and length of tunnels are increasing.Tunnel leakage,tunnel lining voids and even blocks have become more frequent,seriously threatening the quality and safety of railway tunnels,and laying an inestimable hidden danger for the normal operation of railway in the later period.Based on the construction experience of Xishuangbanna Tunnel on the Yuxi Mill Railway,the paper studies the radial corresponding aspects of the tunnel waterproof and drainage construction.Based on the experience of tunnel waterproof and drainage construction in various countries,the common problems existing in tunnel construction in China are analyzed,and the main problems and their causes are clarified.At the same time,based on the distribution and seepage law of groundwater in rock strata,the influence of different types of groundwater on tunnel structure is understood,which lays a foundation for tunnel waterproof and drainage construction.Based on the site construction experience and site investigation results,this paper summarizes and analyses the common parts of tunnel leakage and their causes,and clarifies the key points that should be paid attention to in construction.In view of the common construction methods and equipment,a new type of microwave welding technology for waterproof board is introduced,and its construction technology and technology are elaborated.From the field application,microwave welding technology can effectively improve the common problems of waterproof board such as unstable welding,welding penetration,improve the construction efficiency and reduce the unit construction cost.In addition,in view of the weak links of tunnel waterproofing,such as construction joints and deformation joints,a new trapezoidal back-mounted drainage waterproofing belt is used to effectively improve the drawbacks of traditional waterproofing belt,improve the waterproofing quality of | three joints,and reduce the leakage of tunnel water.This paper makes an overall evaluation and analysis of the waterproof and drainage construction of Xishuangbanna Tunnel,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvement,which has achieved good results and provided some reference for similar tunnel construction. |
