| With the development of social economy,the position of automobile industry as the pillar industry of national economy has become more and more prominent,followed by the rapid development of various specialized and comprehensive automobile parts distribution centers.Automobile parts distribution center plays an active role in improving the logistics environment,reducing the logistics cost and improving the logistics efficiency of automobile manufacturing enterprises through the reconstruction of the operation mode of automobile supply logistics.It is an important carrier of automobile incoming logistics.However,how to supervise,control and improve the management level and the overall performance of logistics activities is an important subject in front of us.This paper first analyzes the research status of logistics distribution and its performance evaluation index system,which provides a theoretical basis for the establishment of performance evaluation index system and evaluation model of automobile parts distribution center.Secondly,this paper expounds the characteristics,functions,status and existing problems of auto parts distribution center logistics,and analyzes the influencing factors of logistics distribution performance level of distribution center.On this basis,five first level indexes and 16 second level indexes including storage capacity,distribution cost,distribution quality,customer service and information level are selected as the evaluation indexes of logistics distribution performance,and the evaluation index system is constructed,and the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to evaluate the distribution performance level of automobile parts distribution center.The results of case analysis show that the logistics distribution performance value of automobile parts distribution center a is 3.65,which is in a good level.Finally,according to the evaluation results,some weak indicators are analyzed and discussed,and countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. |
