With the rapid development of China's automobile industry,car ownership reached 150 million,China has entered the automobile society,the next 10 years,the age of more than 3 years of the car will increase significantly.Through the forecast,in 2020 there will be more than 70% of the car age of more than 3 years.At the same time,according to the "blue book" Chinese automobile market data show that every 1 yuan Car Buying consumption will lead to a 0.65 yuan car customer service service,more and more owners of automobile maintenance and improve the level of cognition,"three points,seven points" to keep the repair has been recognized and read.The estimates,by 2018,the market value will exceed 1 trillion yuan maintenance.In the face of the huge market size and good national policy,OTFO auto mall,namely vertical electric auto mall came into being.OTFO auto mall can provide Pu and product display,online customer service,online trading,price protection channels and other functional modules,provides convenience for auto dealers and auto repair factory,however,due to the use of third party logistics services,logistics services leads to low efficiency,cost increase,user trust decline,enabling customers the viscosity is greatly reduced,affecting the development of the auto mall.The importance of considering the stability of auto parts and auto parts customer service channels,in order to achieve the goal of development of the mall,on logistics distribution optimization is very urgent and important.Based on the related theory of supply chain management and OTFO Auto Mall logistics status,find the problems in the logistics distribution and its causes,and proposes the corresponding countermeasure,finally analyzed the effect of strategy.This paper is divided into five parts: first,the two chapter of the thesis research background,significance,content,research situation and related theoretical basis are described;in the third chapter,OTFO mall logistics distribution situation analysis,find out the problems and causes existing in the operation mode of the logistics,including low efficiency,high risk of transportation and the cost is high,and find out the causes of problems,mainly the third party logistics transport mechanism and profit model and vertical electricity supplier does not match the result;the fourth chapter introduces the overview of one-stop logistics service mode,the operation and management principles;the fifth chapter in the fourth chapter,based on the proposed operation strategy the logistics operation mode of logistics distribution,opened a new chapter sixth;the model of implementation effect analysis,comparison before and after the implementation of Operational data to demonstrate the feasibility and optimization of the model.The innovation of this paper mainly has the following two aspects: first,a one-stop logistics distribution service model is proposed to improve the efficiency and timeliness of specialized logistics and transportation.Two is to the heavy goods logistics transportation and professional market point to point logistics transportation has certain inspiration significance.
