| With the rapid development of the automotive industry,the market has put forward higher requirements for the automotive industry,which also intensifies the competition between auto parts enterprises.Auto parts enterprises want to maintain the momentum of development,in addition to technological innovation and product changes,reducing costs is particularly important.Auto parts enterprises can reduce costs,the enterprise can stand out in the fierce competition.Inventory control is one of the effective ways for enterprises to reduce costs,there are many strategies about supply chain inventory control,auto parts supply chains should choose the most suitable control methods according to their own actual situation,the inventory control methods are implemented correctly and reasonably to reduce inventory costs,improve inventory turnover,and ultimately reduce supply chain logistics costs.The saved cost becomes the source of profit,and the participating parties get a satisfactory profit distribution result in order to enhance customer satisfaction.Based on this,this thesis studies the implementation of JMI-TPL model in auto parts supply chains to solve the problems of inventory control and reduce logistics costs,which has certain practical value.This thesis analyzes the research theories related to JMI,TPL and JMI-TPL models.Next,the current situation of inventory management in auto parts supply chain is studied and some problems of inventory control in auto parts supply chains are found.On this basis,it is discussed that auto parts supply chains should choose JMI for inventory control,and at the same time,in order to maximize the characteristics of JMI,third-party logistics is introduced to join JMI to form an integrated JMI-TPL model.Then the paper establishes the supply chain logistics cost model consisting of auto parts manufacturer,distributor and third-party logistics under the JMI-TPL model,and argues that the implementation of JMI-TPL model can reduce the supply chain logistics cost.It also takes enterprise M as an example and analyzes the calculation example with data.Finally,the profit distribution in the whole supply chain under the JMI-TPL model is studied,and the implementation steps of JMI-TPL model in auto parts supply chains.The JMI-TPL model studied in this thesis can synergize auto parts enterprises and distributors to achieve risk sharing and information sharing,which not only reduces supply chain logistics costs but also improves auto parts inventory control.It is more applicable in the process of auto parts inventory control. |
