Care Ethics In The Construction Of Barrier-free Environment

The construction of barrier-free facilities is the embodiment of civilization level,and the caring ethics in barrier-free environment is the highest level of civilization.The method and purpose of this paper is to make clear the main reasons of the problems in the implementation of barrier-free environment through the research summary,field investigation,news report and so on of the barrier-free environment in Xi’an.In addition,the concept of accessibility design in cities and the impact of accessibility on the care of their users will be explored.This paper holds that the construction of urban barrier-free facilities reflects a caring culture.In terms of material facilities,it is necessary to improve the accessibility,versatility and sustainability of barrier-free design,at the same time,it is necessary to clearly divide the responsibility of acceptance assessment and maintenance work,and establish a responsibility system.In the aspect of emotional care,we can improve the society by promoting the change of personal attitude through the construction of barrier-free environment,and have a consciousness that can bring emotional care to the society.Accessibility,as part of public infrastructure,is a downward-looking," rare" and " weak " concern.The aim is to sort out the experience and theorize the construction of urban barrier-free facilities in order to provide reference for the common urban design in the future.
