| As one of the main industries of the country,construction industry plays a very important role in China’s economic development.However,the rough traditional construction mode cannot meet the requirements of the core competitiveness of the industry in the new era,and it is in urgent need of the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure.In order to gain a firm foothold in the new era of market competition,construction enterprises must clarify their own competitive strategies.This paper selects a company as the research object.Firstly,PEST analysis method is used to analyze the macro environment of a company,and then the industry environment of a company is analyzed by using the Porter’s Five Forces Model.Through the analysis of value chain and VRIO structure,the internal environment of the enterprise is studied.Moreover,SWOT analysis is used to find out the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of enterprises.Finally,based on a SWOT analysis,this paper determines the competitive strategy and related tactics.This paper takes the competitive strategy theory as the starting point,select a company for in-depth analysis,according to the actual situation,through the analysis of internal strengths,weaknesses,external opportunities and threats,get the competitive strategy in line with the current situation of a company.In order to design the competitive strategy suitable for the implementation of enterprises,for the relevant enterprises to choose the strategy. |
