Discussion On Fulongping Of Lanzhou Based On The Concept Of " Urban Ecological & City Restoration"Path Of Regional Reconstruction Planning

With the rapid development of China’s urbanization process,with the outward expansion of urban space,there are a series of problems left over by the city.However,with the development of urbanization process tends to be stable,the expansion of urban space gradually weakens,and the transformation of urban development from high speed to high quality.Therefore,the problems left over by the rapid urbanization need to be solved,including the living environment of the city and the life of the residents Quality,urban competitiveness and urban vitality are the problems that need to be solved in China’s urban development.The concept of urban double repair points out the direction for the development of urban construction in China.Based on the concept of urban double repair,all parts of the country continue to plan and implement urban construction,control "urban disease",carry out ecological restoration and urban repair,and strive to create an ecological livable urban environment.Lanzhou is carrying out high-quality development of Yellow River Regulation and protection,which is also an opportunity for high-quality development of Lanzhou.It is of far-reaching significance to apply the concept of urban double repair to the urban construction of Lanzhou.In this paper,under the concept of urban double repair,from the perspective of ecological restoration and urban repair in Fulongping area,a legacy area of Lanzhou city development,firstly,through the research of relevant theory review,the definition and development of urban double repair and related concepts are clarified,and the similarities and differences between domestic and foreign double repair concepts are understood.Secondly,through the field survey and questionnaire survey of Fulongping community,it is found that Problems and causes,and finally to solve the problem.Through the above research,based on the concept of urban double repair,ecological priority is proposed to repair Fulongping area,improve the living environment and promote the sustainable development of the area;in urban repair,community function repair,community structure repair,community style repair,inheritance of cultural context planning and transformation path are carried out to build a unique area.
