| Qinghai Tibet Plateau has unique natural scenery and charming national culture,which makes countless people yearn for this last "pure land".However,with the development of tourism and economy,the environment of Qinghai Tibet Plateau has been destroyed and the ecosystem has been degraded.The sustainable development of Qinghai Tibet Plateau has been seriously threatened and challenged.This paper summarizes the current situation and theoretical achievements of the construction of country parks at home and abroad,puts forward the necessity of building country parks in the agricultural and pastoral areas of the Qinghai Tibet Plateau,and expounds the research content,purpose and significance of this paper.By using the methods of literature retrieval,case analysis,field research,induction and deduction,this paper summarizes the planning theory of country park in the agricultural and pastoral areas of the Qinghai Tibet Plateau,and takes the Baina valley Country Park in Lhasa City as the practice object,completes the text of the overall planning of the Baina valley Country Park in Lhasa,in order to provide theoretical basis and reference for the construction of the country parks with regional characteristics.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)through the systematic review and analysis of the related research literature of country park,the development context of country park is sorted out.(2)Five excellent cases related to country park planning are selected to discuss and summarize from the aspects of service object,planning and design characteristics,cultural expression,industrial structure,park management,etc;Combined with the regional characteristics of the agricultural and pastoral areas of the Qinghai Tibet Plateau,the planning theory of country parks in the agricultural and pastoral areas of the Qinghai Tibet Plateau is discussed.(3)Taking Baina valley Country Park in Lhasa as a practical project,the landscape resources of Baina village are fully explored through field investigation and literature review.Seven ecological factors,such as elevation,slope,aspect,water buffer zone,vegetation coverage,road buffer zone and land use,were selected to analyze and evaluate the ecological sensitivity of the site of Baina valley Country Park.(4)Based on the results of ecological sensitivity evaluation,combined with the actual situation of the site,the overall planning of Baina valley Country Park was carried out.The main research results of this paper are as follows:(1)at the present stage,there are some problems in the planning theory of country Parks in China,such as the imperfect planning model of urban parks.(2)It is proposed that ecological protection planning and rural industrial planning are the primary contents of the special planning of country Parks in the agricultural and pastoral areas of the Qinghai Tibet Plateau.Meanwhile,the basic principles,functions and planning strategies of the planning are clarified to provide practical and theoretical basis for the overall planning of Baina valley Country Park.(3)It will build Lhasa Baina valley Country Park into a demonstration site of Qinghai Tibet Plateau country Park with ecological protection,agriculture and animal husbandry production,tourism and tourism functions,and the simultaneous development of three aspects,so as to provide practical case reference for the future country Park in Qinghai Tibet Plateau.(4)In view of the country Parks in the agricultural and pastoral areas of the Qinghai Tibet Plateau,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions on planning objectives,planning contents,planning methods and planning concepts. |
