Since the 21st century,the development of agriculture has attracted worldwide attention.Green agriculture and ecological agriculture are the development trend in the future.As a traditional agricultural country,China has produced a series of environmental problems on the way of rapid development in recent years,which further promotes people's yearning for a better life of green mountains and rivers.Under the background of such social development,new agricultural development models,such as ecological agricultural parks,high-tech agricultural demonstration areas,rural resorts,agricultural leisure resorts and so on,are constantly emerging.This will help our country to develop a variety of modern agricultural economic models,deepen agricultural reform,and realize the integration of urban and rural construction and common and coordinated development.Based on the full study of sustainable development theory,landscape ecology,landscape aesthetics,experiential economy theory and agricultural management theory,according to the previous field survey data and according to the basic principles and methods of planning and design,this paper discusses how to plan,develop and construct leisure sightseeing ecological agricultural park,and achieves the following results:(1)Based on the analysis and summary of the concept and content of leisure sightseeing eco-agricultural park,the background and significance of planning and construction of leisure sightseeing eco-agricultural park are systematically sorted out,the characteristics of leisure sightseeing eco-agricultural park are summarized and classified according to different characteristics,and the planning origin of leisure sightseeing eco-agricultural park is put forward.Then and the method.(2)Through the research and analysis of the background,planning orientation and creative characteristics of the five cases of Shanghai Fengxian Hangzhou Bay Eco-Farm,Jiangsu Yancheng Wuyou High-efficiency Eco-agriculture Demonstration Park,Yangcheng Lake Modern Agricultural Park,Taiwan Yilan Shangri-La Leisure Farm,Beijing Crab Island Green Eco-Resort,the elements and experience of the successful development of the Eco-Agricultural Park are summarized.(3)Taking the overall planning of Dachangxing Ecological Agricultural Park in Chaling Lake as an example,this paper makes location analysis,traffic environment analysis,current situation analysis of project base,resource and environment analysis,social development environment analysis and so on,combs the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges faced in the planning and construction of Dachangxing Ecological Agricultural Park in Chaling Lake,and puts forward planning ideas and objectives.This paper establishes the development orientation of the agricultural park,makes a comprehensive planning,estimates the feasibility of the project implementation and analyses the benefits.The purpose of this paper is to put forward different ideas and reference value for the planning of eco-agricultural park for leisure and sightseeing through the study of the overall planning of Dachangxing Eco-agricultural Park in Chaling Lake,to promote the three-dimensional development of agricultural economy,to create leisure and vacation places for citizens to feel nature,to seek economic income for farmers,to create a good ecological landscape for the countryside,and to build a good ecological landscape for the countryside.A food base for safe food and green food and a leisure and sightseeing resort base with beautiful mountains and rivers play a good exemplary role.
