Study On Support Of Industrial Development In Mayang Yanluozhai Village By C Company

As a major strategic deployment in the new era,the rural rejuvenation strategy chiefly refers to the strategic deployment to stimulate the overall economic,social,cultural and ecological development of the rural area.As the Chinese government attached increasing attention to the rural area in recent years,social capital including central enterprises began to invest in rural construction in China.Rural rejuvenation depends more and more on diverse participants,including governments,enterprises and institutions of higher education.As the lifeline of the national economy,central enterprises play the leading role in the rural rejuvenation strategy.However,although the participation of social organizations and the industrial and commercial capital play critical functions in implementing this strategy,it still lacks research support as to how central enterprises participate in rural rejuvenation,how to support the growth of rural industries,the main problems arising in the course of participation and the influence factors.With the central enterprises participating in rural construction in the rural rejuvenation strategy as the research background,the paper focuses on the advantages of central enterprises as part of the state-owned economy in terms of talents,capital,technology and information resources and their role in helping the rural area grow quickly,increase both the scale and quality with their industrial support and radiate the economic and social development in the rural area with their own influence-in this course.Company C,a large central enterprise in Hunan Province,gives pairing assistance to Yanluozhai Village,Miaoshiyangshao Town,Mayang Miao Autonomous County,Huaihua City,Hunan Province.Set off by the political and economic environment,the paper hereby researches Company C’s pairing assistance to Yanluozhai Village,Miaoshiyangshao Town in its industrial development.On the basis of reviewing the current research on domestic and overseas rural construction and industrial support and introducing the domestic and overseas research on enterprises offering industrial support for rural construction,the paper,in accordance with such theories as participatory development theory,“meta-governance”theory and "one meta and multi-core" governance theory,analyzes how Company C gives industrial support,summarizes Company C ’s methods of giving industrial support and makes a comparative analysis of the changes before and after the support and the tendency of future development.Finally,based on the in-depth analysis of the processing of available data,the results of the questionnaire survey and the influence factors,the paper brings forth specific strategies to and suggestions on optimization to Company C to assist Yanluozhai Village in Mayang in the poverty alleviation campaign and in the effort of rural rejuvenation.
