| Substation electrical equipment installation project is often due to its engineering particularity,complexity and diversity,which is easy to cause conflicts in the whole life cycle of project implementation.These conflicts are complex,if not handled in time or improperly,it is easy to lead to problem transfer and upgrading,and bring serious harm to the project.However,at present,the research of Engineering conflict is often aimed at the traditional construction engineering,and the conflict research of electrical equipment installation engineering is relatively lack.This kind of project has a very important position in the national economic development,and the conflict problem can not be ignored.At the same time,most of the previous researches on conflict management are based on the solution strategies obtained from the analysis of superficial problems,while the researches based on the actual,reasonable and targeted project data are relatively few.Therefore,in order to better explore the internal law of conflict,put aside the appearance of conflict,and explore the causes and mechanism of conflict,this paper will analyze the following steps layer by layer,and finally formulate corresponding solutions based on the analysis conclusion.First of all,through determining the investigation target,area and method,the investigation scheme about the conflict of substation electrical equipment installation engineering is designed.The preliminary data of conflict imagery events are sorted out,combined with similar items,and statistical methods are used to analyze the characteristics of conflict imagery.Secondly,on the basis of the preliminary investigation,the second investigation of the causes of the conflict is carried out,and the causes of the conflict are classified according to the experts’ opinions.In the AHP model,the weight of the impact degree of conflict causes is obtained,and the intensity of conflict causes is obtained by combining with the frequency of conflict causes.According to the results of the intensity model,the primary and secondary relationship of Midway causes is found.Furthermore,based on the actual project and the opinions of experts,this paper uses ISM model to establish the relationship network of conflict causes and impacts,and analyzes the mechanism of conflict in stages based on the results of the model.Finally,according to the first mock exam,the corresponding conflict management principles,the corresponding conditions of conflict management,and the research results based on the causes and mechanism of conflict,the corresponding phased governance mode is proposed.With the help of the information software platform,the phased conflict management under this mode is supported,and the efficiency of conflict analysis and management is improved.At the same time,on this basis,according to the primary and secondary relationship of the causes of the conflict,the mechanism of the conflict,to "prevention first,quality first" as the goal,from the root of the conflict resolution strategy.The conflict research and strategy formulation of substation electrical equipment installation engineering is conducive to improve the conflict problem solving in the professional field of substation electrical equipment installation,reduce the hidden danger of engineering safety,and promote the more effective realization of project objectives.At the same time,it also plays a reference role for the future conflict research in this related field. |
