Research On Evaluation And Optimization Of Sustainable Development Business Model Of Incremental Distribution Network

The "Several Opinions on Further Deepening the Reform of the Electricity System" pointed out that "the orderly liberalization of electricity prices in competitive links other than transmission and distribution,and the orderly opening of the distribution and sale of electricity business to social capital",a new round.The reform of the power system has initiated the direction of market-oriented reform of the incremental distribution networks.The development of the first batch of incremental power distribution business reform projects in 2016 is a sign that the business model of my country’s incremental power distribution business has entered the stage of formal practical exploration.Today,this round of power reform has been in the past 6 years,and the design of the incremental power distribution network business model is also constantly innovating,which will provide a demonstration effect for future power distribution projects.However,the existing research on incremental distribution network is mostly in the direction of investment and planning,and no scholars have conducted research on it from the perspective of sustainable business models.This thesis first analyzes the incremental power distribution business from a business perspective and different application scenarios,and summarizes the domestic and foreign research status of the comprehensive evaluation of the distribution network.Elaborated the research dynamics of sustainable business models from different perspectives and evaluation directions,and introduced the triple bottom line and related stakeholder theory on the basis of analysis and reference from previous studies,and discussed the incremental power distribution network and sustainable business models.And other core concepts.Secondly,through the study of a large number of relevant literatures,combined with the characteristics of incremental distribution networks and sustainable business models,based on the triple bottom line,the evaluation indicators are selected from the five levels of social level,benefit level,market strategy,ecological level and technical capability.Use the Delphi method to determine the evaluation index and build a comprehensive evaluation index system for the sustainable business model of the incremental distribution network.Comprehensive comparison of multiple evaluation methods,confirm to adopt the evaluation model of "AHP-entropy weight method-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation",use subjective and objective combination weighting and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the sustainable business model of incremental distribution network.Finally,the pilot project of incremental power distribution in City A is selected for comprehensive evaluation and empirical analysis to verify the practicability of the sustainable development business model evaluation model of incremental power distribution network.This research analyzes the evaluation results in detail and proposes targeted optimization schemes.Through the exploration and research on the evaluation and optimization of the sustainable development business model of the incremental distribution network,this paper analyzes and screens the key influencing factors of the incremental power distribution project,builds a sustainable business model evaluation model,and combines the specific incremental power distribution project.Case evaluation and optimization suggestions are made.It provides necessary theories for social capital and power grid companies to enter the long-term development of incremental distribution network projects,and also provides a reference evaluation plan for future sustainable business models of incremental distribution networks.
