The standardization of electric power enterprises is the basis of cost reduction and efficiency increase of modern electric power industry,the key to the transformation of electric power development mode,and the guarantee for the long-term development of China’s electric power industry.In the past decade,the State Grid has vigorously carried out the standardization construction work,promoted the standardization of enterprise management and operation,and achieved remarkable results.However,due to the uneven level of standardization construction and the gradual shift of strategic focus of State Grid Corporation of China,standardization construction and management are facing new development bottlenecks.Based on this,it is of great significance for the future development of the standardization construction of power grid enterprises to scientifically and accurately evaluate the maturity level of the standardization construction of power enterprises and clarify the weak links of the standardization construction,which is a long-term and strategic work.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research results of standardization theory and maturity model at home and abroad,analyzes and summarizes the current research status,and introduces the standardization related theory,maturity model and comprehensive evaluation method theory,which lays a theoretical foundation for the construction of evaluation model;then,according to the maturity theory,this paper expounds the standardization maturity of power enterprises According to the principles of index system design,the paper establishes a standardized maturity evaluation index system including six aspects:basic standards,safeguard measures,system construction,standard implementation,evaluation improvement and standardization benefits,and constructs a power enterprise standard based on AHP and entropy weight method Finally,a case study is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the model.According to the evaluation results,some suggestions are put forward for the future development of the standardization of the power company in North China from the aspects of improving the strategic position,strengthening capital investment,improving the supervision and review mechanism and improving the standardization efficiency Optimization and improvement suggestions.In this paper,the maturity model is applied to the evaluation of power enterprise standardization construction and management level.The research results mainly include the establishment of power enterprise standardization maturity evaluation index system and the construction of power enterprise standardization maturity fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on AHP and entropy weight method.The index system and evaluation model can provide a scientific basis for judging the standardization maturity level of electric power enterprises.Based on the evaluation results,it can put forward targeted development suggestions for the weak links with low standardization maturity,provide decision support for electric power enterprises to carry out standardization construction,management and optimization,and promote the sustainable development of electric power enterprise standardization. |
