FT power supply company is an important part of Beijing distribution network and the power supply of the population has reached 23 million people in2005.Therefore, it have important significance to strengthen the enterprise management for FT power supply company of Beijing power distribution network and the majority of users.In the context of deepening the reform of the state, to strengthen the standardization of FT power supply company will help the company to comprehensively enhance the company’s technical level and to further enhance the company’s operating level.In addition, the standardization of construction can also make the distribution network to achieve coordination and improve the company’s lean management level.According to the FT power supply company, the company exists many problems. For example:technical standards are not unified, system is not perfect, distribution network equipment general poor, equipment level is not high, distribution network construction technology of imperfect, engineering cost difference is large, the distribution grid structure weak,load transfer capability is not strong. These problems have seriously hindered the development of FT power supply company’s modernization.This paper firstly introduces the background significance of the operation standardization of power supply enterprise and the current situation of domestic and international standardization research.Secondly, this paper introduces the relevant theory of standardization and comprehensive evaluation, which provides a theoretical basis for the study of this paper.Thirdly, this paper expounds the main problems existing in Beijing FT power supply company, and points out the necessity of the construction of the standardization of the operation.Fourthly, according to the main problems of the company,this paper makes clear the goal of standardization construction of the company. In addition, according to the relevant technical requirements, this paper puts forward the idea of the FT power supply company’s standardization construction of the field work.Finally, in order to test the feasibility and reliability of the scheme, this paperconstructs the index system according to the principle of the research content and the evaluation index system. The G1 weighting method to calculate the weights of indicators at all levels and has chosen fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model according to the established index system and evaluation method to select the principle as well as the FT power supply company site operation standard construction requirements. In this paper,the scheme is evaluated reasonably and scientifically, which proves the feasibility of the proposed scheme.
