With the development of human society,fossil energy is increasingly scarce and the ecological environment is constantly deteriorating.How to effectively develop and utilize renewable energy has become an important way to solve global energy and environmental problems.Countries around the world adopt the way of global agreement to reduce greenhouse gases,China thus put forward the goal of "carbon peak,carbon neutral",China from the source of the problem to vigorously develop new energy,accelerate the adjustment of energy structure.Renewable energy,such as photovoltaic,wind power,hydropower and so on,is gradually increasing in both installed capacity and power generation,and its proportion in the total power supply is also increasing.However,the intermittency and volatility of renewable energy power generation bring difficulties to large-scale grid connection,which is the main factor restricting the development of renewable energy power,and it is very serious.Under the background of"Internet+" smart energy,micro energy Internet is slowly entering people’s vision.Microgrid is a micro grid system that combines renewable energy power and energy storage system.The energy storage system has the characteristics of flexible energy storage and release,which effectively smooths the intermittency and volatility of new energy power.The combined operation of the two further improves the absorption capacity of new energy power,and realizes 100%absorption of new energy power in the micro-grid system.More and more attention has been paid to the micro-grid system controlled by the active participation of the user end.In this paper,a typical commercial building in urban area is taken as the research object to construct a commercial building micro-grid system including rooftop photovoltaic and pumped storage energy.At present,most of the energy stored in the microgrid system of building body adopts battery energy storage,so it is very necessary to conduct a systematic study on the economy of pumped storage energy applied in the microgrid system of commercial building.Through the economic analysis of the commercial microgrid system and from the perspective of financial evaluation,this paper lets more enterprises see that,as the user end,they can actively participate in their own power consumption control,and at the same time reduce their own power consumption costs,they can also get some additional benefits.This paper provides a reference for more enterprises to invest in microgrid system and actively participate in DSM.The research of this paper has the following aspects.First of all,the application of pumped storage energy in building microgrid system is proposed innovatively,and the feasibility and favorable conditions of commercial building microgrid construction are analyzed.Secondly,the optimized operation model is developed based on the characteristics of commercial building power load,photovoltaic output characteristics and the flexibility of charging and discharging of pumped storage energy.Third,from the user’s point of view,the financial evaluation index of dynamic payback period and net present value of investment is constructed.Combining the optimization operation model and financial evaluation index,the mathematical model of optimization operation is built,and the genetic algorithm program is used to realize it.At the end of the paper,a commercial building in Beijing was taken as an example to construct the microgrid,and the basic data were calculated and analyzed.The research results show that the use of pumped storage energy is one of the effective ways to reduce the electricity cost of enterprises when the electricity consumption is low by purchasing electricity and pumping water from the grid,converting the electric energy into the potential energy storage of water,and releasing water to generate electricity to meet the load demand at the peak of electricity consumption.It is also an effective way to reduce the electricity cost of enterprises to pump the electricity into the potential energy of water by pumping the electricity from the roof of the valley and the section of the electricity consumption.When the electricity consumption peaks,the water is released to meet the load demand.This paper makes a comparative analysis of the two energy storage methods of the microgrid system,namely pumped storage and battery storage.The results show that the microgrid system using pumped storage has better economy.
