China is in the stage of rapid aging, the degree of aging is deepening, and the problem of providing for the aged is increasing day by day.with the development of social economy and the gradual miniaturization of family size, the traditional mode of providing for the aged is not enough to meet the increasingly rich living needs of people. In the national 14th five-year Plan,it is proposed to build an old-age service system with the coordination of home community institutions and the combination of medical care and health care, and improve the community home-based pension service network, the rise of the pension community has alleviated the shortage of pension resources, however, due to the lack of construction experience and rapid development, there are many problems in the process of construction. In view of the national conditions of aging in China,it is urgent for us to build a community model that is suitable for China’s national conditions and conforms to the development of urban construction. The research object of this paper is the full-age cormmunity model derived from the aging society, which combines "providing for the aged" with "community construction".Literature research, case analysis, discipline intersection and graphical analysis are used to comprehensively study the relevant data of pension communities at home and abroad.First of all, this paper analyzes the model of the old-age community at home and abroad, summarizes its construction characteristics, provides the guiding ideology for the construction of the old-age community in our country, and then analyzes the development and types of the old-age community in our country, summarizes the problems existing in the construction of the old-age community in our country, and makes clear the development trend of the community. This paper makes a detailed study on the characteristics of the full-age community, analyzes the relevant theories, design principles and concepts and the needs of the residents, constructs the framework of the full-age community, and puts forward the planning and design method of the full-age community.Through the research,it is concluded that the old-age communities at home and abroad are practicing the concept of "living in the old".At present, there are some problems in the old-age communities in our country, such as unreasonable design, high admission threshold, applying foreign models, weak intergenerational ties and so on.through the comparative study of all kinds of old-age communities,it is clear that the full-age community is a new trend of community development in line with China’s national conditions and urban construction and development. In order to meet the needs of residents,full-age communities need to set up perfect supporting facilities and share communication space,so as to promote intergenerational communication, incorporate aging design into the community, and pay attention to giving full play to the subjective initiative of the elderly.in order to ensure the development of physical and mental health of the elderly.Full-age communities can achieve local aging,full-age cohabitation, and pay attention to meeting the material and spiritual needs of residents.Based on the construction of the old-age life circle, this paper expounds in detail the planning and design methods of full-age communities from six aspects:community location and scale, spatial layout, supporting service facilities, outdoor space environment, residential buildings and pension services,to help the elderly achieve positive aging.Through the discussion on the planning and design of the full-age community,in order to build a new community model adapted to the urban construction and development of our country, provide new ideas for the new community to integrate into the pension function, and alleviate the old-age housing problem caused by aging.
