Study On Implementation Evaluation Of Historical And Cultural City Conservation Planning In Hangzhou

Historical and cultural city conservation planning as a special planning in the overall urban planning,is not only a supplement to the overall urban planning,but also an integral part of the historical and cultural city protection system. At present the study on the implementation evaluation of historical and cultural city conservation planning has just started, and has not formed a unified standard in the index system and evaluation method in the evaluation of the implementation. Based on this, studying implementation evaluation of historical and cultural city conservation planning and constructing a relatively complete conservation planning implementation evaluation index system for big cities of historical and cultural city have great theoretical and practical significance to the guidance of the next phase of the historical and cultural city protection and planning revision.In this paper, taking the protection status of historical and cultural cities and the development of urban planning assessment as the background, combined with domestic and international related planning implementation assessment theory and practice, taked Hangzhou ancient range as the evidence, determining the urban conservation planning implementation evaluation index system around the implementation results and implementation process of the two levels, on the basis of this, the two levels are further divided into 6 categories, 20 small class based evaluation index. Then construct a relatively complete conservation planning implementation evaluation index system of historical and cultural city and calculate the weight using analytic hierarchy process. This article mainly used these research methods such as literature review, qualitative binding quantitative and field research, made a comprehensive and systematic assessment to the ancient range implementation of historical and cultural city conservation planning in Hangzhou. And ultimately draw the assessment conclusion, also made relevant discussion and planning recommendations.
