With the development of Chinese economic construction,underground infrastructure such as tunnels and subways have developed rapidly.With its high flexibility and reliability,the concrete shotcrete truck plays an irreplaceable important role in Chinese tunnel construction projects.The shotcrete truck mainly relies on the boom system to transport the concrete to the working surface.Therefore,the strength,rigidity and stability of the boom structure are of vital importance to the safety of the vehicle.However,the existing shotcrete trucks are relatively conservative in design.Although they can ensure the safety of the structure to a certain extent,they will also increase the cost of the product.As a mass-produced construction machine,the product will lack market competitiveness.This paper takes the boom system of the HPC concrete shotcrete truck as the research object,to ensure safety and reduce manufacturing costs,conduct finite element analysis on it,and optimize the hinge point and lightweight design of the structure according to various data results.The specific works are as follows:(1)Use finite element software to pre-process the three-dimensional model of the shotcrete boom structure,perform model simplification,geometric processing,mesh division and material attribute assignment,and complete parametric assembly,establish contact,apply loads and constraints.(2)Analyze the displacement,stress,modal,and buckling deformation of the boom structure,find the position of the dangerous point under the multiple working conditions of the boom structure,and the maximum stress of different components,analyze and discuss the safety of the structure.This will guide the next optimization process.(3)Optimize the three hinge point connection of the turntable and the articulated arm 1 to determine the optimal hinge point position,reduce the cylinder force while increasing the natural frequency,and reduce the effect of resonance.(4)Lightweight design of the boom structure,modification of the size of the shell unit,recalculation and analysis of the modified structure,and comparison with the original structure.In summary,this article uses finite element modeling of the HPC concrete shotcrete truck boom structure,and conducts multi-dimensional calculation and analysis on it.Based on it,the hinge point is optimized to reduce the cylinder force.,Increase the natural frequency of the structure,reduce the weight of the boom structure through the optimization of the shell thickness,reduce the production cost,and greatly improve the overall performance of the boom structure.
