The truck-mouted concrete pump is a kind of construction machinery withhigh-efficiency and high-flexibility, it can either transport and pour. It plays animportant role in the construction field with the steady development of infrastructureconstruction and urbanization in our country. The emerging of a large number ofdomestic concrete pump manufacturers promote the vigorous development ofconcrete machinery industry.As the main support part, whether the performance of the base structure is goodor not directly relates to the stability and security of the vehicle. Therefore, it must behas the very high reliability. The deformation condition and the structural stress is socomplex that can not be analyzed and calculated by classical mechanic methods. Inrecent years, a lot of scholars and companies introduced finite element analysis toanalyze the deformation condition and the structural stress. However, the conventionalfinite element method has two disadvantages: a) Design and analysis are notsynchronized; B) Repeatedly modeling. The two problems influenced the design cycleand the production efficiency of the structure greatly. Therefore, this paper putforward the thought of structure parametric to solve the two problems mentionedabove, it is very important for the study of the structure of concrete pump.According to parametric design, analyze the structure, establish a general model.Extract and summarize the parameters: the geometrical parameters describing thestructure, the material parameters describing of the structure, the boundary conditionparameters and working parameters. The parameterized program is divided into sixparts: the establishing program of the structure model, the assemble program, theprogram of contact, the program of boundary conditions, the program of calculation,the program of the results. Write the programs for the six parts with the ANSYSparametric design language APDL. the stress test of the base structure of the HB60concrete pump(Base, leg, chassis, auxiliary frame) is done. Compare the results of thetest with the corresponding parametric calculation results. The relative error of thethem are small.Validated the parametric modeling, loads, constraints and the calculation results of thestructure are correct. The parametric modeling and analysis system is verified, shortened the product design cycle, improve the production efficiency.
