| Due to the particularity of driving conditions,Aircraft seat design must meet multiple requirements,such as safety,comfort,ease of maneuverability and fatigue resistance for the driver and passengers.The general aviation industry in western developed countries started earlier,and the research results are more comprehensive and fruitful,which can be used for reference.However,my country’s general aviation industry is still at an early stage of development,and the research on light general aviation aircraft seats is not thorough enough.Moreover,there are large physiological differences between European and American races and Asian races,so it is necessary to learn from the results and propose seat design requirements and specifications that meet the domestic situation.Through literature analysis and actual machine investigation and research,it can be concluded that the factors that determine the safety of aircraft seats mainly include the following aspects:the driver’s field of view,the reach of hands and feet,the protection of safety devices,and the comfort of the seat.The comfort level of the seat is a person’s subjective feeling,which is affected by psychological and physiological factors,including visual comfort,tactile comfort,riding comfort,and operating comfort.This article is mainly based on the theory of ergonomics,with research methods such as seat pressure distribution test and subjective investigation and analysis.Based man-machine system,user-friendly design and navigation needs of seating comfort requirements,program optimization.In the experiment,subjective and objective evaluation methods such as experience scoring survey and controlled variable method are cited.By analyzing the summary of the survey results,refer to GB/T 10000-1988 Chinese adult body size and body size GJB4856-2003 Chinese male pilot requirements.Apply ergonomics and human muscle structure to conceive a new type of general aviation aircraft seat design that is more in line with the physical characteristics of the Chinese.And build a variety of seat profile design three-dimensional models,and then actually build the scene model,experience scoring test and pressure distribution test verification experiment.The ideal pressure distribution model is compared with the results of the pressure distribution test and verified with the experience score results.Based on the comprehensive experience score and the pressure distribution test results,the design plan is evaluated and optimized again. |
