With the continuous improvement of passenger car technology,the comfort of driving and riding has become an indispensable factor for consumers to consider.The seat is the most direct contact with the human body coach parts,its design is appropriate or not will directly affect the comfort of the human body.This article in view of the present research status quo of domestic and foreign scholars in the seat comfort is,to a certain type of bus passenger seat as the research object,combined with the ergonomics principle to design the seat size,and the main design parameters are distributed simulation-chair contact and finally established a passenger seat comfort evaluation model,evaluate the results of the simulation design and optimization.The main research contents include:(1)Using single body static size obey the normal distribution rule,and grouping based on cumulative probability difference theory,this paper proposes a different percentile of the human body design method of a single size,on the basis of this method the 50 percentile human body posture,sitting position is obtained the main dimensions of value.The results can not only provide a method for the human dimension design of different percentile,but also serve as the basis for constructing the human finite element model of different percentile.(2)Combined with the ergonomics principle,as far as possible in the passenger seat H control points and the design on the basis of "rumet" point collocated,according to the passenger seat "rumet" point coordinates and fake people comfortable sitting position data,such as adjusting the dummy in contact with the passenger seat sit on seat surface,within the recommended use of 50 percentile human body posture size to design the size of the passenger seat.(3)The finite element method was used to construct the human body-seat assembly finite element model,change the seat height its seat Angle and by dorsal horn three main dimensions,approximate simulated under different size of combination between human body and seat contact pressure distribution,further research on the passenger seat main design size of the effect of comfort,and passed the test of the reality of the body pressure distribution on the simulation verified the effectiveness of the model.(4)Based on the theory of multi-objective optimization design,was established by applying the method of linear weighted model of evaluating a passenger seat,seat comfort evaluation models this goal into related with the distribution of contact stress quantification weighting of the indicators,including the determination of weight coefficient is combined with the principle of analytic hierarchy process.Using the orthogonal experiment method to cushion cushion height,Angle and by dorsal horn three dimensions design combination,and using this evaluation model under the combination of 9 kinds of simulation calculation and make evaluation results of the data,thus to optimize the design of the main design size.
