| As China’s economic development has entered a new stage,the development foundation is more solid,the development conditions have changed profoundly,the further development of enterprises is faced with both opportunities and challenges.How to achieve their own survival and development in the increasingly competitive market environment is a problem that all enterprises need to seriously think and study.As we all know,talent is the first factor for the survival and development of an enterprise,and the strength of the competitive strength of an enterprise is mainly reflected in the contest of human resources.And performance appraisal as an important part of enterprise management,its core is to find out the value of talent,management talent,use talent,through scientific and reasonable performance appraisal management,find the advantages and disadvantages of employees,optimize the enterprise human resources reasonable configuration,so as to realize the goal of improve enterprise competitiveness.J Company,founded in 2010,is the only state-owned listed company in Jilin Province that is engaged in the investment,operation and management of expressway and other transportation infrastructure.However,its performance appraisal system still has shortcomings,restricting the long-term development of the company.This paper elaborates the related concepts and theories,and combining the current situation of J company middle managers performance evaluation system of objective investigation and analysis,concluded the J company middle managers performance evaluation system of the existing problems and causes,and from the performance evaluation content,evaluation process of J company middle managers performance evaluation system is optimized design.In order to ensure the scientific and effective implementation of the performance appraisal system,this paper proposes the guarantee measures to optimize the implementation of the system from six aspects:organization,system,culture,information system,concept and fund guarantee,so as to improve the efficiency of the work.The research of this paper will change the misunderstanding of Company J on performance appraisal and improve the professional level of human resource management of Company J,which is of great significance to the development of Company J and will also provide certain reference for similar enterprises. |
