| It has been more than ten years since the establishment of De company,and it has been deeply engaged in the production of auto parts and components,and has been successful to a certain extent.How to achieve its survival and development in the increasingly fierce competition market environment is a problem that the company needs to seriously consider and study at present.The middle-level managers are the backbone of the company’s human resources,and they are crucial to the development and growth of the enterprise.Therefore,the first priority is to conduct scientific,reasonable and effective performance appraisal on them,find out their advantages and disadvantages,and make reasonable optimization and allocation,so as to improve the performance and management level of the middle-level managers and the company,and then improve the competitiveness of the enterprise.This article for DE company middle managers performance evaluation optimization study,first with 39 copies of effective questionnaires and interview with senior management in six investigation conclusion,to DE company performance appraisal of middle management planning,implementation and results application phases collection problem.In this way,many problems were found,such as the deviation between the assessment indicators of middle management and the company’s business objectives,the failure of the assessment indicators to combine with the job responsibilities,the unreasonable assessment methods,the lack of performance communication,and the failure of the application of assessment results combined with training,etc.Through the analysis of the problems,finds that the top management lack of recognition and attention to performance assessment,personnel professional skills need to be improved,the company is short of relevant funds,the company’s relevant systems need to be further improved and other reasons.In view of the current problems,this paper adopts KPI key performance indicator method,MBO objective management method,analyzes the company’s business objectives and combines the job responsibilities to determine the key performance indicators of middle managers,strengthen performance communication,arrange training and career planning according to the performance assessment results,and design the optimization program of middle managers’ performance assessment.In view of the causes of the problems and in order to ensure that the middle management performance appraisal optimization plan can achieve the expected results,this paper sets the guarantee measures for the implementation of the optimization plan from the aspects of philosophy,personnel,funds,system,culture and so on.This paper follows the theoretical path of finding problems,analyzing problems and solving problems.This paper is a trial study on the optimization of middle management performance appraisal in DE company,which will improve the misunderstanding of middle management performance appraisal in DE company.Through this study,it can improve the management quality of DE company and the enthusiasm,responsibility and work efficiency of middle managers,and help DE company to achieve high performance goals,enhance the core competitiveness of DE company,and also provide a certain reference for the human resource management of the same industry and the same type of enterprises. |
