| With the rapid development of urbanization,the old industrial buildings belonging to the industrial heritage in the city are facing the problem of aging and even decay.Therefore,the reconstruction and reuse of old industrial buildings activation design has become a hot and important issue.But at present,the domestic research is not perfect,and the concept of old industrial building reconstruction and reuse guided by urban catalyst theory has not been fully applied.(1)Under the guidance of urban catalyst theory,this paper makes a theoretical analysis and summary on the activation design of old industrial buildings,further seeks solutions to the problems,and puts forward countermeasures.Based on several typical successful cases,this paper discusses how to reuse these old industrial buildings,explores the problems existing in the research cases at home and abroad,and summarizes the Enlightenment from them.(2)Through the in-depth study of urban catalyst theory,this paper summarizes the guiding methods and principles of urban catalyst theory for old industrial buildings,as well as the function principle and theoretical construction of urban catalyst theory.On this basis,it discusses the action principle and review principle of urban catalyst theory for old industrial buildings.(3)Based on the field investigation of several old industrial buildings in Daqing city of Heilongjiang Province,and combined with the theory of urban catalyst,this paper makes an overall analysis of the regional scope of the building catalyst environment,analyzes the catalyst elements and their activation design difficulties one by one,and then finds out that the original structure and building functions can still be used by using the development trends,advantages,constraints and other conditions In this case,the most suitable catalyst carrier for activation design of old industrial buildings is the old industrial buildings of the third drilling company of Daqing oilfield drilling group.Through the scientific design methods and technical means,the old industrial building tea restaurant activation design is carried out,so as to re endow vitality and stimulate internal potential.Activation design helps to provide a more innovative thinking dimension for the renewal mode of old industrial buildings.It can not only extend the life cycle of buildings and make the city develop better,but also reduce the burden of urban construction waste and maintain the sustainable development of buildings.It also helps to promote the protection of historical culture in old industrial buildings and achieve the integration of urban renewal and context continuation. |
