Study On The Application Of Lingnan Traditional Building Elements In The External Facade Design Of High-rise Residential Buildings In Guangfu Area

Since the reform and opening up,the level of China’s economic construction has reached an unprecedented level,and the process of China’s urbanization has been promoted rapidly.The development of real estate industry in the past two decades has mushroomed.Due to the continuous reduction of construction land and the rapid increase of urban population,high-rise housing has become an inevitable choice for urban development.With the large-scale construction,high-rise residential buildings have some problems,such as single building form,identical facade design,loss of regional building characteristics,and lead to the trend of the same living environment in cities.As the birthplace of Lingnan traditional architecture,Guangfu area is more and more important for the inheritance and development of Lingnan traditional architectural elements in the era of constantly sketching the city skyline.Therefore,to avoid the repetition of city style and the development of traditional architectural culture should arouse the consideration and attention of local developers and architects.Based on the above situation,this paper determined the research route.Firstly,it analyzed and studied the relevant concepts,theories and development process of the facade design of high-rise residential buildings at home and abroad,summarized the expression forms and influencing factors of the facade design of high-rise residential buildings,and laid a foundation for the following research.Finally,based on the excellent cases of Lingnan style high-rise residential quarter in Guangfu area in the past 20 years,we actively seek and summarize some referential design principles of the combination of high-rise residential facade and Lingnan traditional building elements,so as to provide some reference for the future high-rise residential facade design.Today,the city we live in has gradually lost the characteristics ofregionalization in the continuous solidification of the mechanical production mode,high-rise residential buildings have sprung up,followed by the assimilation of the urban landscape.Consumers’ demand for living environment has risen to the spiritual level,and the development trend of cultural real estate has gradually become the choice of The Times.While The Times are constantly advancing,the study of traditional architectural elements of lingnan should also be deepened and advanced with the pace of The Times,so that it can finally conform to the modern aesthetics,seek development on the way of inheritance,and then create a brand and a city card with local characteristics.
