Propellants are the main energy of the propulsion system of guided weapons.The composition of propellants is different,and the smoke characteristics are different during combustion.When the smoke concentration is too high,the guidance signal will be interfered,which will affect the missile guidance accuracy.Through the detection of smoke concentration can effectively judge the pros and cons of propellant formula,this paper carried out the smoke detection technology research.The main task of this project is to test the muzzle smoke dynamically.Based on the analysis and research of the smoke concentration test technology,according to the requirements of the calibration of image parameters and smoke concentration in the image smoke detection technology,this paper introduces the incident light attenuation model and scattered light enhancement model,and obtains the relationship between image gray and transmittance.Based on Mie scattering theory model and Lambert Beer law,the dynamic model of smoke transmittance is established,and the calculation formula of smoke transmittance is obtained.This paper designs the overall scheme of muzzle smoke test system,including the design of laser sensor module and data acquisition module.According to the transmission characteristics of light wave,1064nm laser is used in the transmitter of the laser sensor module to design the laser transmitter and receiver.In the design of data acquisition module,the acquisition software edited by Lab VIEW can effectively control the acquisition card to complete the sampling work.According to the weak photoelectric signal extraction technology,the data processing technology of smoke transmittance is studied.The wavelet threshold processing method is used to extract the smoke signal,and the denoising effect of several threshold functions in the wavelet threshold denoising algorithm is compared and analyzed.Wavelet threshold denoising algorithm is used to improve the signal-to-noise ratio of smoke signal.The feasibility of the smoke transmittance acquisition system is verified by fitting the calculated smoke transmittance data with the gray value of the smoke image.
