| Infrared smoke screen is an important means to counter infrared detection equipment in information warfare.The testing of infrared smoke screen shielding effect is an important part of the infrared smoke screen performance test,which has important guiding significance for ensuring the shielding performance and quality of smoke screens and researching of new infrared smoke screen.At present,modeling and simulation or indoor smoke screen measurement are mostly used to test the infrared smoke screen shielding effect,which cannot achieve the real environment evaluation in the field.There are also some problems such as the poor real-time performance,small assessment area,and more human intervention.A method of field dynamic real-time detection,large array and continuous measurement of infrared smoke screen shielding effect is proposed to solve these problems in this paper.Based on the research of the basic principle of infrared smoke screen shielding effect test,a field continuous test model with the comprehensive evaluation parameters consisted of transmittance,effective shielding area,formation time and effective shielding time was constructed;A large area blackbody array of 4m×13m was designed as the radiation target,and the infrared radiation of blackbody array,smoke screen and background was received by thermal imager,combined with the infrared image processing technology.the measurement of the field dynamic smoke screen shielding effect was realized,which satisfies the height of the smoke screen was ≥4m and the width of the smoke screen was ≥13m;The original images collected by the thermal imager were processed by means of median wiener filter to obtain the standard images.Edge detection and Hough transform were used to precisely locate and extract the blackbody features of the array;The influence factors of infrared smoke screen in the field were analyzed,and the modified double background method was used to calibrate the atmospheric transmittance at the same distance in the complex environment;Finally,the calibration experiment of standard attenuation chip required by indicators and the actual test of smoke screen are designed to verify the accuracy of the test method and the feasibility of the field test of dynamic infrared smoke screen.The results show that the transmissivity measurement accuracy of the infrared smothering effect measurement method calibrated by attenuator is ≤5%,and the stability of the system is good when measures multi-point transmission at the same time.The transmittance and effective shielding area curves of the actual smoke screen measurement experiment output accord with the diffusion process of the dynamic infrared smoke screen and the duration of the smoke screen can be measured ≥200s,which completely meets the calibration and testing of the actual infrared smoke screen shielding performance. |
