Water resource is the basic resource for human reproduction and is one of the necessary factors to increase grain income and yield.In recent years,the issue of "water resources" has appeared in the No.1 document of the central government for many times,which can be seen that China attaches great importance to the issue of water resources.As a major agricultural province,the overall grain output of Heilongjiang Province has achieved a five-fold increase from 1980 to 2018,and the problem of water shortage caused by this has gradually come into people’s sight.Under the premise of constant total water resources,improving the utilization efficiency of water resources has become the key to solve this problem.Therefore,in order to improve the agricultural production water efficiency,the environmental resources and social economy coordinated development.This study explores the water use efficiency of food crops from the perspective of water footprint.First by the FAO recommended formula of standard penmen measure of nearly 30 years(1988 ~ 2017)in Heilongjiang province food(corn,rice,soybean,potato)production number of virtual water consumption,and on this basis,the calculation of Heilongjiang province around the "strength of food crops to water footprint",reaction with the values the relationship between the water consumption of grain production and agricultural output value.Secondly,Exploratory Spatial Data Analysis was used to study the spatial correlation pattern of "grain crop water footprint intensity" in Heilongjiang Province,and Moran’s I index and Lisa aggregation plot were used to analyze the global and local spatial autocorrelation.Finally,Spatial Dubin Model is used to analyze the spatial influence factors.Results show that the research of 30 years,overall improved water use efficiency of agricultural production in Heilongjiang province,around the water use efficiency shows the characteristics of spatial attribute,human factors existing in the utilization efficiency of water resources in grain production important impact,some influence factors is significant spatial spillover effects,seriously affect the surrounding areas of water use efficiency.Based on this,according to the research results and the existing pattern of grain production in Heilongjiang province,from the government to change the management ideas of agricultural production,improve agricultural production mode,as a whole the balanced development of the industrial structure and so on three aspects respectively,puts forward relevant Suggestions,in hopes of national agricultural production to provide basis for the establishment of related policies,thus achieve the goal of agricultural production,improve the efficiency of water use.
