Under the general trend of economic globalization,there is more and more foreign investment cooperation,especially after General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the "Belt and Road" initiative in 2013,Chinese enterprises’ foreign investment cooperation has gradually entered a climax.However,with the increasing frequency of foreign investment and cooperation by Chinese enterprises and the increasing number of foreign cooperation projects,more and more problems have been exposed in the management of foreign cooperation projects.Some problems hinder the smooth progress of the project,and some even This led to the failure of the project.In order to study the management problems of Chinese enterprises’ foreign cooperation projects,it is necessary to select some cases of enterprises’ foreign cooperation projects for research,find the reasons for the formation of the management problems of Chinese enterprises’ foreign cooperation projects,and propose corresponding management improvement measures.This article uses the literature summary method to summarize and summarize the previous related research results,review the development process of BSG’s external cooperation through the case study method,conduct in-depth research on two specific cases of BSG’s external cooperation projects,and combine the case analysis to find out The company has four main problems in the management of foreign cooperation projects.The first is the docking of management models,the second is the management of foreign cooperation talents,the third is the communication management of the project,and the fourth is the cross-cultural management.And summarized the main reasons for the problem: system improvement and personnel training reserves lag behind the progress of the project,international changes have led to increased cooperation uncertainties and insufficient management awareness of cultural conflicts.Based on the relevant research results of relevant Chinese and foreign scholars,the author proposes the following four specific measures to improve the management level of foreign cooperation projects in the management of BSG’s foreign cooperation projects: first,establish a project management model and management system;second,reserve foreign cooperation Manage talents and rationalize the talent management mechanism.Third,establish communication management plans,adopt appropriate conflict communication strategies and effective communication methods;fourth,conduct cross-cultural training,implement localization strategies,and adopt flexible management mechanisms and incentives means.It is hoped that through the research of this article,it can provide a certain reference and reference for the foreign cooperation project management of BSG company and related processing and manufacturing enterprises.It can provide some enlightenment and help for the development of foreign cooperation of Chinese enterprises.
