Research On A Company’s Working Capital Management From The Perspectiveof Supply Chain

As one of the indispensable core contents in financial management,working capital management plays a very important role in the daily business activities of enterprises.The level of working capital management will affect the liquidity and profitability of corporate funds,so we must pay attention to corporate working capital management.The research on working capital management under the traditional method focuses on the research on inherent risks and capital efficiency.It only conducts management research on individual funds,and ignores the overall changes in funds.It pays attention to the static ratio and ignores the dynamic change,which is gradually out of touch with the enterprise business process and can not meet the needs of practical development.From the perspective of the supply chain,studying the company’s working capital management can systematically analyze the company’s working capital turnover level,which is of great significance to the sustainable development of the company.This paper selects company A,a small home appliance manufacturing company,as the research object.On the premise of analyzing the research results of working capital management at home and abroad,based on the theory of working capital management from the perspective of supply chain,this paper analyzes its working capital through literature research and analytic hierarchy process.First of all,this paper analyzes the current situation of a company’s working capital management.Secondly,a series of analysis methods are used to evaluate the working capital management of A company,and then dissect the problems existing in the working capital management of A company,and analyze the reasons for the problems in combination with the actual situation of A company.Finally,in view of the analysis of the problems existing in A company’s working capital management,this paper puts forward the optimization scheme and the safeguard measures for the implementation of the scheme.Based on the practical problems existing in the working capital management of Chinese enterprises,this paper makes theoretical research and practical exploration on strengthening the working capital management of enterprises from the perspective of supply chain.This paper hopes to provide some reference for a company and other similar enterprises in improving working capital management.
