| With the strategic development of the 21 st Century Maritime Silk Road and the increasing demand for hydrological monitoring by scientific research,the need for automatic acquisition of Marine meteorological and hydrological parameters by sailing is becoming more and more urgent.Seawater surface temperature,as the most basic element of ocean physical properties,has an important influence on seawater movement and global climate research.The existing shipboard automatic observation methods have some shortcomings such as uncertainty of observation depth,poor measurement stability and low accuracy.There is no effective method for automatic measurement of sea surface temperature on shipboard.Aimed at this situation,based on the vertical structure division of sea surface temperature and ocean observation specification,through the observation of ship magnetic adsorption temperature chain way,based on the inversion algorithm of sea surface temperature,a set of automatic monitoring system of sea surface temperature on ship is researched and designed,which can realize the real-time automatic monitoring of sea surface temperature by sailing.The main work contents of this paper are as follows:Seawater surface temperature monitoring system is composed of hardware and software.In the hardware part,STM32F103RCT6 is used as the microprocessor,the positive temperature coefficient platinum resistor PT1000 with good linearity is selected as the temperature sensing element,and the three-wire bridge circuit is used to realize the temperature measurement.In terms of software,the Modbus protocol and the data monitoring center software are designed respectively to realize the functions of collection,transmission,display,real-time curve drawing and storage of seawater surface temperature data.Secondly,a mathematical model of temperature chain in and out of water is established based on the dynamic response characteristics of temperature sensor in the seawater surface heeling motion,and an inversion algorithm of seawater surface temperature is proposed.Finally,a temperature chain barge experiment was carried out at a dock in Qingdao to verify the inversion algorithm of sea surface temperature in accordance with the first-order inertial model.The temperature chain is tested and analyzed by a simulation device which can simulate the relative motion of the ship and the water surface.The experimental results show that the temperature chain measurement results are in good agreement with the temperature of the measurement table,and the error range is within ± 0.1 ℃.It has high accuracy,which proves the feasibility and accuracy of the algorithm.The stability of the system and the accuracy of the algorithm are verified by the barge experiment.Design content of this paper as an important research content of science and technology project,ship the sea surface temperature automatic monitoring system can realize observation of deep layer relatively fixed type air automatic monitoring,to provide remote sensing validation for the field data of large area,provide important support for project,promote the process of ship hydrological parameter automatic monitoring and observation to provide power for volunteer ship!... |
