| Temperature plays an absolutely important role in the production and processing of gloves,beer and beverages.In the factory workshop,the temperature of the products on the production line is measured by a fixed contact temperature sensor or a hand-held infrared temperature gun.Contact temperature measurement will have a certain influence on the product temperature,so that the temperature measurement accuracy decreases;Manual temperature measurement is labor-intensive and inaccurate.In order to solve the above problems,this topic designed and developed a high precision and cost-effective non-contact automatic temperature measuring device for temperature measurement work,automatic temperature measuring device can quickly on the production line objects for24 h uninterrupted sampling detection,in order to timely adjust the temperature to the appropriate range,and convenient installation,simple operation.Automatic temperature measuring system is based on single chip microcomputer,including temperature measuring device and upper configuration software.Control unit core using STM32F103ZET6 microcontroller,with ST official recommended STM32 Cube IDE development environment and HAL library functions to write procedures.The mechanical structure is powered by a stepper motor.The synchronous belt drives the slider to move,and the infrared temperature sensor is fixed on the slider.The infrared temperature sensor keeps the distance and speed between the infrared temperature sensor and the glove mold equal all the time during the temperature measurement.This method has the advantages of simple structure,high precision and high reliability.In order to improve the stability of the system,data and parameters are saved in time when emergencies occur.Temperature sensor adopts non-contact infrared temperature sensor,non-contact temperature measurement will not affect the actual temperature value of the product.The acquisition part of the target is composed of two phototriode arrays,and the precise positioning is realized through the change of the intensity perception of the light source by the phototriode on both sides.The emitting part of the light source uses a word laser source,which can emit a stable word laser.When the glove mold is detected to be in the center,the temperature sensor and ADC conversion are turned on,and the stepper motor is started to drive the temperature sensor to synchronize movement with the glove mold.At the end of temperature measurement,the temperature data will be displayed on the OLED screen after calculation and conversion,and the data will be transmitted to the upper configuration software through RS485 serial port and Modbus communication protocol,and displayed on the temperature monitoring interface for the convenience of workers.This paper describes the mechanical mechanism of the temperature measuring device and the temperature measuring route,describes the hardware selection and circuit design,and analyzes and combines the realization principle of the hardware to write algorithms.The design of upper computer software is described.Finally,the work flow of temperature measurement is simulated.Simulation tracking glove mold in laboratory environment for temperature measurement,software and hardware operation and debugging.The experiment shows that the function of automatic temperature measurement is realized. |
