Temperature measuring instrument shows a very high value in the production and life of industrial,medical and military and has been widely used,especially the intelligent temperature measuring instrument with the measurement stability, simple, easy to maintain and use.For example.the instrument gets promotion in the use of the various thermostatic equipment use and vertification,the constent heating equipment, temperature measurement alarm equipment, etc.In the rapid development of digital electronic equipment of modern intelligent of today,intelligent temperature measuring instrument in the temperature range, temperature measurement precision and function and the degree of intelligence is increasingly high,but still less in the applicable to specific equipment calibration.Based on a study of MCU software engineering, the thesis fully integrates several functions of this system to realize and uses MCU software programming method of the front ground and back ground program structure. Introduce the history of development of the temperature measurement first, then tell the basic fundamentals of digital temperature measurement and three measures which are common used today, also recommend the way of the weak temperature signal acquisition and anti-jamming processing method, aiming at high precision, small range of temperature measurement. The system used in the thesis use MSP430MCU as the main control chip, a class A PT100platinum resistances temperature sensor, four digital tube display output unit, four independent buttons to as numerical modify and calibration input section, using the232communication mode as the communication interface unit of this system and PC connection, and finally use of Lab VIEW virtual instrument as the PC software to analysis the system of data acquisition and calibrate the system parameters. This paper considers the possible interference in the process of platinum resistance thermometer temperature measurement, reduce the error of interference from the transmission line by choosing four-wire wiring methods, use12bit ADC (i.e. analog-to digital conversion) to improve the accuracy of ADC in the process, and by comparing MCU software program structure of the front ground and back ground program structure, state machine program structure and events trigger program structure in this system in real-time aspect, choose the front ground and back ground program structure of C language programming finally. This system gives the features of simple circuit structure, low cost, easy maintenance, easy to upgrade, convenient carrying and convenient operation, suitable to be used in the environment of small range of temperature (measured in the range of0to50degrees Celsius), high precision measurement (the precision can reach0.1degrees Celsius).
