Research On Product Design Of Urban Residential Bathroom Space Storage

In the macro situation of rapid social and economic development,consumer demand for residential housing has also gradually increased,the bathroom space as an important part of the residence,bearing the most important function in life.Usually the bathroom space occupies only 10% of the overall indoor area,but it concentrates the plumbing,ventilation,wet and dry partitioning and many other functions,and also needs to accommodate a large bathtub,washstand,as small as skin care,toiletries and other complex items,which requires the bathroom space needs to be in a limited area as much as possible to maximize the storage function.Therefore,the design of a bathroom space storage products is essential to achieve the overall space decoration and beautification,while emphasizing the inherent functionality and practicality,the starting point for human design,to create a comfortable and convenient living experience for users.This project is based on the current situation of urban residential bathroom space storage products,design research on the existing market combing,experimental data,market research,household research,questionnaire survey,find pain points,problem solving approach to design research.First,through the three-dimensional dynamic capture camera method,calculate the most livable urban residential bathroom space area,and based on this area formula to launch the maximum product size;and then the relationship between the bathroom space area and people research,clear modern family size miniaturization,the trend of simplification of the structure,so as to formulate this study to the core family as the main research object.Secondly,the structure,material and household holding rate of bathroom space storage products are outlined,the proportion and size of common storage items are investigated,and the characteristics and features of storage furniture in each area are summarized;finally,the above design research and analysis are integrated to point out the design principles and methods of urban residential bathroom space,and propose corresponding solution strategies to design a bathroom space.Finally,the above design research and analysis are integrated to point out the design principles and methods of urban residential bathroom space,propose corresponding solution strategies,and design products that meet the urban residential bathroom space storage.Through a systematic design process,a reasonable bathroom storage product is created to improve the utilization rate of space,emphasize the living rate and comfort feeling,start from the subtleties of the relationship between people and things,integrate scientific data,explore the interface between life and space with art,and improve the quality of living in modern houses.
