With the continuous adjustment and control of the national urbanization policy,the urban population gathered rapidly,and the urban traffic vehicles,both in quantity and type,demand great potential.In recent years,people travel to the developed countries in Europe and the United States in line,the degree of specialization of transportation demand was more high,resulting in suburban public transport,microcirculation bus,enterprises and institutions group bus,kindergarten school bus,which bring the bus industry is very Big chance.According to market research,customers are paying more and more attention to the convenience of drivers when they buy buses.The rationality of the layout of the dashboard switch and the defrosting performance of the defrost system in the instrument panel are the key factors to evaluate the success or failure of the whole cab.In this paper,based on the 6701 light bus of a host factory,the man-machine design and optimization of the instrument platform are given according to the CAS surface data given by the stylist.The main work is as follows:1?Describes the dashboard design related environmental data,respectively,including human static size,human dynamic size and the human body model used in this paper;eyellipse definition and painting method;Driver's hand reach the interface and other related concepts?2?Create ergonomic design of dashboards and improve processes to guide ergonomic design and improvement;According to the modeling output CAS face the driver foot space,leg space,steering wheel operating space for design and verification;Designed for hand extension and sexuality,improved extensibility by optimizing switch sequencing;Improve the reach of the shift panel by adjusting the position of the shift panel?3?
