| In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy,significant progress has been made in housing and transportation.However,the city is still faced with the problem of imbalance between the old neighborhood environment and urban development.Optimizing the urban environment,improving the living environment and coordinating the urban development are the important purposes of urban old block reconstruction.The country attaches great importance to the overall development and construction of cities and the improvement of people’s livelihood.The reconstruction of old streets and the improvement of people’s livelihood have become an important task of urban development.The old blocks are the research object of this thesis.To solve the problems facing the old blocks,reasonable methods and strategies need to be conceived.By collecting and sorting out literature and materials in the early stage,this paper explores the theories and practices related to urban old blocks and urban planning and design,and elaborates the concepts related to old blocks and public space.On the basis of the previous research,this paper further explores the design practice,and analyzes the design principles and ideas of the old block reconstruction through the reconstruction design practice of Ginkingyuan Road in Jinniu District,Chengdu,so as to verify the feasibility of the old block reconstruction by the reconstruction design.The renovation and design of old city blocks can not only improve the appearance of the city,but also enhance people’s happiness.Through the research of this subject,it is expected to provide reference for the study of the reconstruction of the old city blocks in China. |
