Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,with the gradual implementation of the 13th Five-Year Plan,the government has increased its support for the manufacturing industry.In particular,relevant policies have allowed the automotive industry to enter an era of high-level and high-quality development,and at the same time it has brought more and more intense market competition.Judging from the research and manufacturing trends of major domestic and foreign giants on new types of automobiles,if automobile manufacturers want to gain a foothold in the entire market,they must master core technologies,and if they want to own their own core technologies,they must have their own R&D team..R&D personnel are different from ordinary employees.Scientific and effective performance management for R&D personnel can greatly improve the core competitiveness of the company,motivate employees to continuously improve work efficiency and increase corporate benefits,while-also avoiding the loss of company personnel.Performance management is getting more and more attention from enterprises.The research object of this paper is the research and development personnel of TZ company.According to the particularity of the work of the research and development personnel,a targeted method to improve the performance management of the research and development personnel of TZ is proposed.First,sort out the related theories of performance and performance management as support,then inspect TZ company on the spot,and investigate its current human resource management;then send questionnaires to the company’s R&D staff to investigate their performance on the company.The actual situation of management and comprehensive use of some theoretical foundations related to human resource management to conduct a comprehensive and detailed analysis of the collected information;finally,from different angles,effective methods to improve the performance management level of TZ company’s R&D personnel are proposed.This article can be divided into six parts.Among them,the first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and significance of the research of this paper and related technical routes.The second part is about some concepts and theoretical foundations related to this paper,and introduces the related concepts of performance and performance management.The third part conducts investigation,statistics and analysis on the current performance management status of TZ company’s R&D personnel,introduces TZ company’s organizational structure,the status quo of performance management of R&D personnel,and conducts targeted investigations and studies on the current performance management feelings of TZ company’s R&D personnel Happening.The fourth part analyzes the problems existing in the current performance management of the TZ company’s R&D personnel,and finds out the causes of the problems.The fifth part aims at the problem and the reason,explores and finds effective countermeasures that can improve and improve the performance management level of TZ company’s R&D personnel,mainly including paying attention to the performance plan formulation link,enhancing the performance monitoring link coaching communication,optimizing the R&D personnel performance evaluation system,Enhance performance feedback process management and broaden the use of performance appraisal results.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect of the research.I also hope that with the help of this article’s research and analysis,TZ’s performance management methods for R&D personnel can be improved,the company’s performance management level can be improved,and the company’s R&D talents can be retained,thereby enhancing TZ’s comprehensive competitiveness and improving the company’s overall economic returns.,To achieve a win-win situation for the company and employees,and at the same time provide reference and reference for other companies to solve the same performance management problems.
