Abstract/Summary:
With the vigorous development of civil aviation in China and the urgent need to build a powerful country in civil aviation,it has become one of the main tasks of civil aviation education to cultivate high-quality civil aviation pilots who are lifelong learning, advancing with The Times, with strong psychological quality and sound personality.Personality, emotional stability and mental health status are important components of civil aviation flight students’ professional quality and core competence. However, the existing scale lacks the norm for civil aviation flight students,so it is impossible to accurately judge the personality, emotional stability and psychological symptoms of civil aviation flight students through the scores obtained. Therefore,it is urgent to construct the norm of civil aviation flight students with the self-rating norm for personality, emotional stability and symptoms, and conduct a comparative study with other groups of people. On the basis of literature analysis and expert interviews, this study selected Cattell 16 PF,Eysenck Emotional Stability Test and SCL-90 Scale to measure civil aviation flight students.First of all, through the literature review at home and abroad, digestion, absorption, personality, emotional stability and psychological symptoms of theory and assessment tools, for ordinary college students, the air flight cadets and civil aviation pilots norm, and each scale letter three people and validity of information. Then,to the civil aviation flight students mental health test and EAP system for testing platform,by a civil aviation flight 1439 college students as subjects, adopting homogeneity, reliability testing method and the structure validity, content validity, the equivalent degree of testing method, the three scale in civil aviation flight test of the students, the inspection validity. The reliability test results showed that the Cronbach’s α coefficients of the three scales were all above 0.8,and the α coefficients of the other two scales were all above 0.7,except that the α coefficients of the dimensions of Cattell 16 PF were between 0.39 and 0.86.The retest reliability of each dimension and the whole of the three scales ranged from 0.38 to 0.88.The results of validity test show that there is a moderate to lower degree of correlation between the dimensions of the three scales, and a moderate to higher degree of correlation between the dimensions and the population, which is similar to the reliability and validity level obtained by the author of the original scale and in line with the psychometrics standards. Finally, construct the civil aviation flight professional students Cattell 16 PF and Eysenck Emotional Stability Test,SCL-90 Scale and general groups divide, percentile norms, norms and with the rest of the population were compared, the results show that three scale civil aviation flight students norm with ordinary college students, the airlines flying cadets, civil aviation pilots are differences between norm. This study provides the norm and evaluation criteria of the classic personality, emotional stability and symptom scale for civil aviation flight students,a special group.By comparing the test results of the flight students with other groups, the differences in personality, emotional stability and psychological symptoms between the flight students and other groups are further understood, which provides a basis for psychological intervention and psychological training for civil aviation flight students.
