| At present,our country’s aviation control departments lack the system and integrity of the establishment of controller scheduling,which affects the work efficiency of the team to a certain extent.Improper collocation of technical forces during scheduling,and inconsistent coordination caused flight conflicts,which often occur in control work.Failure to pay attention to informal organizational relationships during scheduling,resulting in too tense or loose interpersonal relationships,may become a hidden danger of safety accidents.In the current environment,the problem of greater pressure and fatigue of civil aviation controllers is more common.There are many studies on the scheduling of air traffic controllers in teams,but the related research lacks comprehensive and systematic exploration of influencing factors,and the method of analyzing influencing factors is relatively simple.This study will determine the influencing factors that affect the scheduling of controllers in the team through questionnaires,explore the internal connections between the influencing factors,and identify key influencing factors to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for future scheduling of controllers in the team.In this study,based on the literature analysis,the influencing factors of scheduling within the controller team were extracted,and 21 influencing factors were initially determined.Then design a semi-open initial test questionnaire,invite first-line controllers and aviation psychology experts to further identify the influencing factors,and perform project analysis and exploratory factor analysis based on the results of the questionnaire to screen and integrate the items to form a formal control questionnaire on influencing factors within the team.The questionnaire was tested again,and the results of the questionnaire were tested for reliability and validity,sample normal distribution test,factor correlation analysis,common method deviation test,constructed a structural equation model,and verified and optimized the model.Finally,8 experts were invited to score the influencing factors,and the DEMATEL-graph method was used to analyze the scoring results,analyze the relationship of influencing factors,find six key influencing factors,and analyze the connectivity between the influencing factors,and find the strong connectivity subset is presented,and corresponding suggestions are put forward for the scheduling of the controller team.Through research,this article has reached the following conclusions:(1)The "Questionnaire Survey on the Influencing Factors of Controllers’ Schedules in Teams" has been compiled,which has good reliability and validity.It is concluded that the factors affecting the scheduling of controllers in teams and groups mainly include the dimensions of demographic variables(age,gender,education,physical quality,job title,work experience),competence dimensions(reaction ability,memory ability,evaluation and decisionmaking ability,communication and coordination ability,pressure control ability,attention division ability,situational awareness),other individual characteristic dimensions(theoretical knowledge,personality characteristics,Work enthusiasm,discipline spirit),team characteristics dimensions(sector traffic/airport traffic,number of mature controllers,team culture,group interpersonal relationships).(2)The structural equation model is used to verify and analyze the influencing factors of the controller’s scheduling,and the factors that affect the controller’s scheduling in the team are ranked in order from large to small: ability quality,other individual characteristics,team characteristics and population Statistical variables.(3)The cause group factors including age,gender,and academic qualifications are found to have a greater impact on the system and other factors.The result group factors include 14 factors such as theoretical knowledge,team culture,and memory ability,which are vulnerable to other factors.The influence of factors.And found the key influencing factors are age,education,work experience,job title,memory ability and theoretical knowledge.A strongly connected subset of influencing factors is found,and the five factors such as age and gender have weaker connectivity with other factors.Finally,make recommendations for the scheduling of the controller team. |
