| Taxis are popular among travelers as one of the ways to get around the city’s public transport. With the rapid development of China’s economy and the advent of the era of the Internet and big data,China’s taxi industry has developed rapidly.Traditional t axis and ride-hailing are playing an increasingly important role in carrying urban passenger traffic. At the same time, the incidence of accidents in both types of taxi is increasing. In many traffic accidents, the driver is generally the key factor that leads to the accident, and taxi accidents are no exception.Comprehensively and systematically analyzing the characteristic relationship between the accident characteristics and their influencing factors from the perspective of two types of taxi drivers can effectively avoid accidents to a certain extent. Therefore, from the perspective of traditional taxi and ride-hailing drivers, this paper establishes a DEMATEL-ISM accident influencing factor analysis model for the two types of taxi drivers to compare and analyze the main influencing factors leading to the occurrence of accidents and the hierarchical structure chart of the influencing factors of the accident of two types of taxi drivers is constructed. On this basis, based on the main influencing factors that lead to accidents of two types of taxi drivers,a random forest classification model is constructed by classifying the severity level of different accident frequencies to explore the differences between the significant influencing factors of the two types of taxi drivers when accidents of the same level of severity occur. In this way,it provides a method for refining the theory of taxi traffic safety. In most taxi accident analyses,ride-hailing is mixed with traditional taxis.Based on the above background, this paper first divides the characteristics of the two types of taxi drivers into four aspects, namely personal basic characteristics, social work characteristics, bad driving behavior characteristics, safety awareness characteristics, etc, and conducts descriptive statistical analysis of the accident data of the two types of taxi drivers in these four characteristics,so as to compare the accident characteristics between the two.On this basis,a comprehensive influencing factor index system for two types of taxi drivers is constructed, and the influencing factors are subdivided and coded to establish an accident data set.Subsequently, the characteristics of common theoretical methods and models for studying the influencing factors of taxi traffic accidents are briefly summarized, and finally the main influencing factors of traffic accidents caused by two types of taxi drivers are deeply explored by using the DEMATEL-ISM system analysis model. Then, the random forest model was used to analyze the differences in the significant factors of the two types of taxi drivers in accidents of the same level of severity. At the same time, the characteristics of the method model used in this paper are briefly summarized. Finally, according to the accident factors of traditional taxi and ride-hailing analyzed by the model, the differences between the two are observed.Accident prevention measures and suggestions for traditional taxi and ride-hailing drivers were put forward in terms of drivers’ personal characteristics, social work characteristics, and characteristics of bad driving behavior. |
