Research On Quality Control Of Overhaul Project Of Unit 6 Of Baishan Pumped Storage Power Station

Although China’s pumped storage power station started late,it has developed rapidly,especially in the past 20 years,it has built dozens of pumped storage power stations,including Baishan pumped storage power station.At present,China’s pumped storage capacity has steadily ranked first in the world,and a large number of pumped storage units have been put into production,which has played a very important role in ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power grid.At the same time,the pumped storage power station has entered the overhaul period of the unit one after another,and the maintenance problem of the pumped storage unit has followed.The quality control of the overhaul project of the pumped storage unit is studied,which is of great significance to improve the maintenance quality management level of the unit.Based on the practice of unit 6 overhaul project of Baishan pumped Storage Power Station,this paper analyzes the present situation and quality control factors of unit 6 overhaul project,in order to realize the maintenance goal of unit 6 overhaul project,the quality control method and process of the project are improved.The research of project quality control runs through the whole unit maintenance,and experts are invited to use Delphi method to discuss the quality control index evaluation system of unit 6 overhaul project.The index weight is determined by experts,the evaluation matrix of index membership degree is constructed,the quality control of overhaul project of Unit 6 is evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the evaluation results are analyzed.This paper analyzes the practical problems faced in the maintenance process of Unit 6,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,and gives practical operation and improvement suggestions on engineering methods and quality control means.Through the study of the data,process and conclusion,it has a positive effect on the quality control of the overhaul project of Unit 6,and provides a certain reference significance for the quality control of other pumped storage unit overhaul projects.
