Recently years, the development speed of Pumped storage power plant is faster inChina,but the related equipment research and development ability are weak, and lack ofrelying on the project independently,the domestic operation or under construction in the largepumped storage power station, such as Guangzhou, Taian, zhanghewan, the host and itscorollary equipment adopts the way of international bidding procurement,and creating abarrier to China ’s equipment manufacturing enterprises in accumulating and mastering thetechnology and experience of researching on pumped storage units’ equipment.In order tomake our own manufacturing enterprises grasp of pumped storage units in the design,manufacture technology, so as to gradually have the ability of independent research anddevelopment,2003, the national development and reform commission decided to develop thetechnology by "technology introduction, digestion and absorption, deepening the application" three stages, so the domestic manufacturers can improve the capacity of independentresearch and development the manufacture of pumped storage units.In this paper, the implementation status of Pump-turbine Domestically Produced isanalyzed, Pump-turbine domestically produced implementation effect evaluation indexsystem is proposed. AHP is used to determine the weight of evaluation index, and fuzzycomprehensive evaluation is introduced, Anhui Xiangshuijian pumped storage station is usedas an example of empirical research, and the results showed that the implementation effect ofPump-turbine Domestically Produced is evaluated as "very good."...
