In recent years,with the increasing cognition of autistic children,people gradually understand the special behavior of autistic children in their daily life.As social attention rises,autistic groups are getting more and more help.For this large group,the ultimate goal of rehabilitation training is to enable autistic children to live independently and engage in normal social activities,but the existing resources do not meet their needs.In addition,most parents lack systematic cognition of autism and correct understanding of rehabilitation knowledge,which also leads parents to face rehabilitation training of autistic children passively.The rehabilitation of autistic children is a difficult and complex healing process.Rehabilitation teachers,family members,rehabilitation institutions and so on all play an important role in the process of rehabilitation.Therefore,how to improve the positive role of stakeholders in the rehabilitation of autistic children is the focus of this study.Through case analysis and thematic analysis,this study explores the service needs of rehabilitation of autistic children,and analyzes the rehabilitation and life problems of autistic children by using the theory and method of co-design.Taking the rehabilitation needs of autistic children as the starting point,this paper puts forward the rehabilitation service design of autistic children based on collaborative design.Because of the particularity of autistic children,the symptoms and rehabilitation arrangements are unique.First,shadow tracking method is used to observe the autistic children and understand their behavior habits.Then parents,autistic children rehabilitation institutions,volunteers and other stakeholders are interviewed to collect data.Secondly,according to user research and data analysis,select the research object for co-design,let the research object participate in the design,and then according to the results of user analysis,combined with Journey Maps,Personas,and then combined with stakeholder analysis,the design of service design process is put forward.Finally,the system framework of rehabilitation service for autistic children is constructed,the prototype is designed,the prototype is evaluated and the satisfaction is evaluated,and the iterative design is carried out according to the suggestions.From the point of view of collaborative design method,the collaborative design method is applied to the rehabilitation service design of autistic children.In the process of design,the author deeply interacts with the main stakeholders in the way of workshop,explores the problems existing in the rehabilitation process and the factors that have positive influence,and then establishes the service model.According to the design strategy,the service system for autistic children is designed.
