Development Of Swing Arm Type Garbage Truck Based On Finite Element Method

In recent years,the problems of garbage collection and transportation with new rural construction have become increasingly prominent.There are many types of garbage in rural areas with a long clearance cycle.So it is necessary to develop a transport vehicle that had the virtue of a high efficiency,flexible and cheap modes of transport.At the same time,it was required slop closed to prevent secondary pollution in the transport process.In this paper,we studied a swing arm type garbage truck to improve the new rural environment and ensure its construction.This paper studied the garbage collection and transportation modes of urban and rural areas and analyzed the types,function and applicable environment of the garbage transportation vehicles.it summarized that the swing arm type garbage truck was suitable for rural areas and proposed the research contents and objectives.This paper systematically studied and designs the mechanism of swing arm type garbage truck,and elaborated the thought,method and precautions of structural design of each component.The finite element analysis was carried out on the important truck structures of swing arm type garbage truck to reduce the cost and risk of the product design and to stability and reliability of the product.At the same time,the box body assembly is designed in a lightweight way to reduce quality under the precondition of guaranteeing the structural performance.This paper introduces the trial production process of the swing arm type garbage truck,and introduces the precautions in the trial production,the collection of the experimental data and performance evaluation.The swing arm type garbage truck will gradually become the main equipment of new rural garbage collection and transportation due to the advantages of strong ability,cyclic transportation,flexible transportation mode,reliable performance and relatively cheap price.This study lucubrated the research and development of the model to actively respond to policy that developed new country and protected environmental.
