The rear-loading compression garbage truck is the most widely used special vehicle for garbage collection and transfer in cities and towns at home and abroad.Its main function is to automatically dump garbage through a variety of garbage collection devices to reduce the labor intensity of sanitation workers.The crushing and compressing of garbage can be realized by the compressing device to improve the effective loading quality of the whole machine.Through reliable sealing mechanism and anti-leachate device,the whole transportation process can be sealed to prevent secondary pollution such as sewage and garbage leakage.This topic introduces the working principle and working process of the rear-loading compression type garbage truck in detail,and gives a system description of each function module of the compression working device,including the executive parts such as carriage,loader,push plate,skateboard,scraper,and collection device.The key parameters such as bearing capacity,compression ratio and limit working state of the whole machine are analyzed and calculated.According to the principle of mechanical balance,the kinematics and dynamics of each actuator of the rear-loading compression garbage truck are analyzed.The three-dimensional model of the compression device was created to analyze the design compliance of each mechanism.ANSYS software was used to analyze the force of each mechanism under the actual working conditions,so as to clarify the variation rule of the force of the actuator,and to improve the local structure design for the purpose of improving the compression ratio.At the same time,it also provides a theoretical basis for the lightweight design of the most core compression device.Compression was established based on multi-objective function solving method,the device structure optimization(light)mathematical model,using the ANSYS finite element analysis to the components in the simulation experiment was carried out under different working conditions,to obtain data,and combines the result of dynamics analysis to optimal design of institutions,and the force of the agencies before and after optimization are compared and analysis the rationality of the optimization results.At the same time,the stability and feasibility of the optimized results are verified by testing the parts of the prototype and the actual performance of the whole machine.The test results show that the optimized result of the compression device is good,and the whole machine has good reliability,safety and economy.There are 102 figures,26 forms and 66 references in this paper.
